My name is Victoria Vong, and I’m a first-year Chemistry student in the Faculty of Science. Growing up with hearing loss, I saw how grade schools often lacked the resources to support students with accessibility needs. That experience shaped my passion for education and inclusion, and it’s why I’m running for Accessibility Representative in the Science Students’ Association. With the stronger supports available at the university and my background in student advocacy, I want to make sure every student feels recognized and has what they need to succeed.
